Dear Judi:
I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your assistance in selling our home this past month. My wife and I have now bought and sold four homes. Our experience with you over the last five months has easily been the most positive of our buying and selling of homes. From the first time we met with you, to the day of closing, you have been extremely professional and thorough.
A former neighbor, who is planning to list his home early next year, asked about our experience with you. I encouraged him to talk with you before listing with another agent, and mentioned the following as things that impressed us while working with you.
a) Upon our first meeting, you had already researched the market with respect to similar homes and provided us with a market analysis regarding both potential asking sale price and the average amount of time similar homes stay on the market.
b) You created an on-line virtual tour that provided an excellent representation of our home to potential buyers. The attention to detail in your tour & its thoroughness was even more impressive when we compared them to other on-line virtual tours of homes when we were house-hunting out-of-state.
c) You marketed our home on local, regional, and national levels (ultimately locating a buyer from the mid-west), as well as in local print media.
d) You were realistic with us about our expectations- which meant that we were not always right, and it was in our best interest to hear the truth from someone who knows the business!
e) You provided valuable feedback from each showing by following up with the showing agent and letting us know what potential buyers liked and disliked about our home. This was extremely useful, as it allowed us to make subtle changes to make our home more marketable.
f) And, once we had a contract on our home, you assisted us in taking care of the finishing touches to ready the house for sale. This was worth more than words can describe, as we had already moved out of state, and were unable to take care of many of these details ourselves.
It is for these reasons and countless more that I have whole-heartedly encouraged my neighbor to speak with you.
Judi, I would gladly recommend you to anyone who has questions about buying or selling a home. | My wife and I met Judi through some friends that had used her services in selling their home and as their representative in building a new home. They were very pleased with the results and we retained her services to help us buy and sell.
